On the Road Again

Hello to everyone from Yuma Arizona. This is the sunniest place in the USA so they say. I would agree. We were 83 degrees today. Dad and I layed by the pool and got sunburned. Oh well I guess I should not rub it in. Yuma is not all that big. You get on Interstate 8 and go from one end of town to the other in about 10 minutes. I should say the business area is not that big but the farmlands are huge. That must be their major industry besides "Snowbirds". We talked to a guy yesterday and asked if he was from here and he said 95% of the people here are NOT from here. We went to church and they said all the winter visitors helped their ward grow to twice the size. So it has been a good trip so far.

We stayed in Mesquite, then Las Vegas and then Laughlin. It was pretty windy and a little cold the first few days but after getting down here the wind went away and the warm came out.

Attached are a couple of the pictures we have taken so far. The is Laughlin, NV. It sits on the Colorado River. The river is beautiful here. We stayed at a state park right on the river.
That's all for now. I will try to do more tomorrow.
